Upon arrival, the rooms had a faint odd odor, which may have been from cleaning solutions on the rugs. However, the hotel's location is perfect for exploring all the happenings in Gettysburg, with restaurants within walking distance. While the room was quite roomy and a little dated, it was overall fine and comfortable. It could use a good deep clean, as cobwebs were hanging from the ceiling, and there was lots of dust on the fittings and fixtures.

The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, although they ran out of some essential items like coffee and utensils during my stay. When it comes to the location, it's very convenient for exploring Gettysburg and its attractions, but I couldn't overlook the urine odor in some parts. The dining options were simple, offering basic items like cereal and bread, but not quite suitable for kids. Despite these issues, the proximity to historic attractions and Battlefield Harley Davidson was a standout feature.
